I have upgraded my Mac mini solo with T7200 processor. I did not even break the nylon screws of the heat sink. But when I reassembled it does not power on at all. Kindly let me know what steps I should take to make it turn on.

I've just done the same upgrade tonight, a bit fiddly but no problems.
Maybe you've got it sorted now, but are you sure you re-connected all cables?
Are you getting any lights at all when pressing power button?

Did you upgrade the memory at the same time?

I guess if all else fails, try the Core Solo again to see if it powers up with that. Could be a dodgy T7200 you'd been shipped?
