iPhone Maps App crashes to safe mode help

The stock Maps app on my iPhone 5 sends my phone into safemode when I exit the app after I enter the destination I am heading to.

I can use the app to search and get directions fine, but soon as I exit the app it crashes to safe mode.

I have Crash Reporter, but not sure how to read it, does anyone know what the tweak casuing this could be?
