(Simulate) Full screen browser on second monitor

I want to show a browser (doesn't matter which one really) in full screen mode on my second monitor. I know the normal OSX full screen mode disables my primary monitor, so this is useless.

Is there any trick/plugin that can achieve this? I got my Firefox to the bare minimum, so it is almost fullscreen. But I still have the top bar with the page title and the Close, Minimize and Maximize buttons. Any way to get rid of them?
