WD USB3 Drive Updates

Just a quick heads up..WD have a firmware update for most of the Passport range. Even if you don't use the junk "Turbo" drivers or the software, the update does seem to improve speed and stability.

I run mine without anything from WD but do check the updater from time to time.

I have to say, as much as distrust WD junk ware, this firmware update has improved the speed of my 2TB unit no end....Still not going to use their "Turbo" junk though.
