Cannot connect to Windows 7 Shared Folder

I have a Windows machine running Win 7 64bit and I have set up to share drive D: from this machine over my wifi network.

My mac can see the drive, when I try to click on the folder to access it it says "The operation can’t be completed because the original item for “Drive Name” can’t be found."

I don't have a password on the Windows machine since its an HTPC and I made sure to grant all users full access.

Please help!
