Hi. I need to send a secure fax to someone and it includes lots of personal info. Is there any app that will allow me to do that on my mac without a phone line?

GotFreeFax and Faxzero are both secure and reliable. You can just fill out the fax form, upload your document, and send fax online.
Sfax is a secure online fax service and they will soon be releasing their secure app - it should be the end of this month: http://www.sfaxme.com/products/mobile/
