Anyway for me to connect a website like AppShopper to SequalPRO (MySQL) directly? I'm looking for a way to do a select statement on multiple columns of data to organize the information as per my liking.

The site doesn't have to be appshopper… I'm looking for a simple way to go to Query mode and obtain data from a website into a database directly.

Generally, no, unless it's your site. The closest you would probably come is an XML feed from the site that you could then manipulate, or crawling the site and inserting the data in your own database.
