180 File Backup

Time Machine on Time Capsule and GDrive only showed only 180 backed up files in user/Library/Mail for transfer from Snow Leopard macbook pro to Mountain Lion Macbook Air. I backed up approximately double that number and the newest ones are missing. I got the keyboard of the Macbook Pro wet. I'm trying to do a clean install.
