I would take a look at the pro clip range. They sell different size clips to work with their mount. Much better than a windscreen mount as it is more stable and closer to you. I've stopped using my Bluetooth headset now as the external speaker is good enough for calls.

I did my own with a RAM mount plate, and the belt clip that comes with the Otterbox.
Printing out a 1:1 paper copy of the back of the phone gave me a template
for drilling the camera hole, so now it's also a camera mount 🙂
