Exclamation Help with Kernel Panic 10.8.3 MBP 13" 2011

I need help. On 10.8.3 I get Kernel panic every two weeks or something like that.
This is the log I have. I recently put in new Ram. Could that be it ? I also suspect Flash and Chrome ...
