Color gamut on rMBP?

I'm on my 3rd Sony Vaio Z laptop because I always wanted to have the best laptop screen. I have, however, switched my household to Apple products and I hope to have 13 inch rMBP as my next laptop. I like the ability to set bold colors on Z with it's full color gamut and would like to achieve something close to it on rMBP, particularly in a video player window.

I have 11 inch MBA and colors there are not bright. How bright colors can be set on rMBP? Thx!
