Hello everyone,
Firstly, my screen has been shaking a lot, especially on the camera, and I cant see anything if I turn it on, only if I do it through charge. I think this is purely a LCD screen damage, and I am going to replace the screen myself. Hoever, through research, I was told to restore my phone to factory settings as this could fix it. I did that however - no joy - so I ried to restore to a back up that I made before I restored it.
Thats where the problem comes in. Nothing has been restored. I dont have any of my contacts, messages, notes, settings etc. Its all factory settings, except I have my music and apps synced.
Is this something that is an issue? or am I just not using the back up correctly? (I have followed tutorial videos despite knowing how to do it anyway. Ive done it a few times to try and do it aswell. Still no joy)
