Printer for MacBook, Printer Only!

You need color? If not, a black & white laser printer might be your thing.

Agreed. Long term laser is much cheaper. Inkjet cartridges have a limited lifespan whether used or not.

i bought one of these and i love it. had it about 6 months before i had to replace the toner drum which are about $40 and it's still going strong.

$100 for the printer
$45ish for the toner - toner gets 2600 pages, works out to about 1.5 cents a page. pretty damn good for a laser printer.

I personally like all-in-ones. Having a copier is useful, and I do occasionally scan documents.
