Do you get BTS promo and education discount for refurb rMBP?

No edu discount nor BTS promo. And the batteries are new.

Had a 2010 MBP but sold it last month and waited for WWDC but no haswell for the rMBP so I bit the bullet on the refurb.

And as unlikely as the BTS promo being an iPad mini is, it would be an awesome deal!
