Applescript how to check radio button

I am trying to check a radio button on a webpage and I thought I could use keystoke tab and get the the button and then the return key but the return key does not select the button.

How to I select it? This is the page source code:
Code:
<input type="radio" name="ShipExport_SendEmail" value="0" checked>
<br />
<input type="radio" name="ShipExport_SendEmail" value="1"> <input type="text" size="40" name="ShipExport_Email" value="fun@redwagontoy.com">
So I would like the applescript to select the "ShipExport_SendEmmial" value = "1"

GUI scripting can be involved. I'd suggest using UI Browser to determine the correct way to reference the button you want to press.
