FIXED WITHOUT iTunes- "An error occurred installing iOS 6.1.3"
When I tried to downloaded iOS 6.1.3 and my iPad I tried to install it and I was unable to install the update, it said "An error occurred installing iOS 6.1.3". I read online and people said that the fix to this was that you had to update it with iTunes. You do not have to update with iTunes if you get this error just simply turn off your device and turn it back on and the update will start to install.
