Photos greyed out w JPG marking

About 1000+ photos appear to be greyed out in my photos app. They are marked with a JPG label in them.

I was doing an iCloud restore. Maybe they didn't all get restored properly?

Also noticed that only 200 photo stream photos made it back on to my phone. There should be the 1000 max.

I have a similar problem, and have been doing searches on this for the last 2 days. A LOT of people are reporting "Events" missing pics, and/or pics not appearing where they should be, ON the ios device. The only GOOD news is that for most of us, the REAL pics on the computer ARE correct, it is just the ios device that is messed up, Best I can tell there are incompatibilities between iphoto on the mac, and in this latest version of ios7. I tried several things, but have decided to STOP messing with it until they come out with the next beta.
