It's called an Agyesh-floppy-hat.

A brown-coloured hat.

It appears to be a felt Stetson-style western (or wide-brim Fedora) hat from which the band and pinched crown have been removed.

Looks like an unfinished cowboy hat when they show them being made on how its made and such like.
