iPad 3rd Gen Verizon Access Denied

I'm a registered iOS developer, and when I tried to download iOS 7 beta 2 for the iPad (see title), i am redirected to a page within apple's website saying Access Denied. I tried other iPad betas, and they can be downloaded just fine. Has anyone else had this message?

Yes, I'm having the same issue with just that one.
