I just got a new mba and have been editing my videos via iMovie for Youtube. I was previously using Pinnacle on my ipad and it was MUCH MUCH faster to upload a HD movie 720p to YouTube. (about 15 minutes for 720p vids)

What is the best way to upload HD 720p movies to YouTube with a video made in imovie? Should I export it first and use another program to upload to YouTube? Also, if I should export first what are the best settings I can use for HD quality on YouTube that give me the fastest upload speeds?

Thx in advance.

Tried the SHARE TO YOUTUBE feature yet? The video has to be compressed somehow anyway, and if iMovie does it to your satisfaction before YouTube gets its own servers to their own conversions, why not use that?
