It should be noted that, like other parts of the CS suite, Acrobat 7 is extremely resource hungry. Both the browser plug-in for Safari and the standalone program often put a strain on our PowerMac G5 dual 2.7 GHz system equipped with 1.5 GB of ram.
resource hungry? And it often puts a strain on a Dual 2.7!? That statement is so wrong it is funny.

One feature I think is cool in Acrobat Professional (AP) is enabling the commenting feature for anyone using Acrobat Reader (AR). This way clients (who probably only have the free AR) can also give feedback within the document just like any other AP user.

The Organizer is kind of neat to, it keeps a history of previously viewed pdfs (opened from your HD or the web).

I still prefer viewing pdfs in Preview though. Not sure why (habit?). That may soon change since 10.4.3 did sumptin fishy to it.
