iPad Apple exchanged my broken iPad 3 for a 4!

Hi guys just wanted to make a quick post to tell how much I love apple's customer service .

So today I went to my genius appointment because my iPad 3 was starting to develop some pretty bad IR after 10 months... So they do the usual tests and they ask me if I have a backup etc..Then they tell me that yes my screen indeed has ghosting and that I will get a replacement... Than after checking the guy says they are out of white 16GB iPad 3's then he went in the back (to talk to the manager i guess)when he came back he told me that I had 2 options either a black iPad 3 or after discussing with the manager a White IPAD 4 !!! So I went with the white ipad 4 of course and he even gave me a lightning cable to go with it how cool is that !

IR= Image retention or Ghosting not to confuse with burn-ins

And the iPad 4 also has a faster processor and a better camera .
