You heard it right. Picked up a brand new iMc from the Apple Store today. Unfortunately it has a pretty serious yellow cast on the left side of the screen. Should take it back but the Apple Store is a three hour drive for me, not something I fancy doing.
Im guessing taking it to an authorized service provider means Ill be without a computer for weeks..? I need an iMac now. Is it possible to use the Return Policy pick up? That way I just order a new one and let this one be picked up. It says returning is only valid when the seal isnt broken yet. What seal?
