I have DP3 successfully installed, but have ran into an issue with Keynote saying it needs an update, but it is already up to date, and when I click "update" I get this message:

I had a similar error where Mountain Lion and Mavericks were installed on the same hard drive. If I deleted the Mountain Lion copy, it would install/update correctly. The other copy is saying, you already have it, and it's interfering.

I did a clean install, wiped the drive and then installed Mountain Lion, then upgraded to 10.9, after booting the clean 10.9, I installed iWork via DVD.

Just chiming in to say I have the same issue. Can any of you install an app from the App Store?

Edit: Sorry, I saw the small version of the picture and assumed it was my issue. Mine is different and I may know the cause of my issue. I am curious to hear if others are having issues with the App Store on DP3.
