10.9 DP3 Mac App Store Update Issue

I had a similar error where Mountain Lion and Mavericks were installed on the same hard drive. If I deleted the Mountain Lion copy, it would install/update correctly. The other copy is saying, you already have it, and it's interfering.

I am not sure, tried signing out and signing back in to App Store?

Yeah I have the same thing, not a big deal though.

I have the same problem.

Just chiming in to say I have the same issue. Can any of you install an app from the App Store?

Edit: Sorry, I saw the small version of the picture and assumed it was my issue. Mine is different and I may know the cause of my issue. I am curious to hear if others are having issues with the App Store on DP3.

It showed up for me too about an hour ago. Now the red 1 went away and it says No Updates Available.
