Deleting Photo Library photos in iOS7

Hi.

Has iOS 7 the possibility to delete (using the iPhone or iPad) the photos stored in Photo Library (the ones transfered from the computer)???

I hope so.

I don't understand why you can select photos from the Camera Roll and delete them and you can't do these with the Photo Library ones.

It doesn't make any sense to need a computer to do this task, because all the other thing that can be transfered from the PC can be deleted from the device, like music, movies, apps, books, etc

thanks.
