gray screen during start-up

Hi,

It has occurred twice already. The gray screen with the folder symbol with question mark. Also, a gray screen happened a few times. it happened a few days after i installed chameleon. trim was not enabled.

What is the common case of the gray screen with folder and question mark and also the purely gray screen?
