I'm asking here since as we all know the dev site is down. I couldn't find any documentation on how to make dynamic wallpapers for iOS 7. I'm not talking just using a panoramic image, but an actual layered wallpaper like the weather app and the two dynamic wallpapers available.
Does this documentation not exist yet or did I miss it?
