Will iPad 4 be cheaper from September?

So I was planning to get a refurbished iPad 4. But, with the iPad 5 coming around, will Apple simply stop selling iPad 4? Or make it cheaper? Currently a refurbished iPad sells for 15-20% lesser. Will iPad 4 sell as cheap when iPad 5 gets released? And will a refurbished iPad 4 be even cheaper?

I really don't know the trend here, so advise would help. If I am not going to save some $$ I might as well buy the iPad now.

Just checked Apple's refurb prices, and iPad 3 refurb is selling for $379 and the comparable iPad 4 refurb is $419.

IF, upon release of iPad 5, Apple drops iPad 4 refurb to the current iPad 3 refurb price, that's a difference of $40. I doubt it will drop more than that.

So is saving $40 (plus tax) worth the wait? You decide.
