OS X 10.8.x and isight?

There is macbook pro 2012 13" i5 2.5

I'm update os x to 10.8.4, then isight not working anywhere, (in photobooth, imessage, skype, facebook). There are no isight in system preferences.
Then I reset pram, smc. I used another profile. No effect.
I reinstal mac os with format hard drive. I instal 10.7.5. But camera not working.
I reset (second) cms, pram. No effect.

I saw in google. There is very frequent problem with update on os x 10.8.x.
I think, that is software problem, not hardware.

questions:
1) is there a solution?
2) is there problem on firmware of smc/efi ?
2a) Is there way to downgrade firmware?

I wanna working isight...
Thanks for replies,
p.s. Sorry for my english.

If you have tried a new user account, reset the Pram, reinstalled the OS, and reinstalled a different OS and it still doesn't work, then I would say it's a hardware problem.

Is the device listed in System Report? (About This Mac > More Info > System Report > USB.)

Your Mac is still quite new. Depending on what country you are in, it may still be under warrantee (2 years in EU.) Take it back to Apple.

there is no insight in system report (usb)

I'll check about waranty.
In Russia, there is only 1 year of waranty...
update: hmm... my warantly was expired in 6 aug 2013. Good.

Hardware test no detection problems.

If it's not listed in the System Report, it's a hardware problem.

Take it back to Apple.
