Opting to sync some contacts in Address Book with phone

Does anyone know of a way to mark certain contacts so that they don't sync to my cell phone when I sync my Address Book? They are people that I only deal with through work and I don't want their phone numbers on my cell phone.
 
In Address Book, make a new Group with those you want to sync to your phone. Then in iSync, choose to sync only that group, and not All Contacts.
