Hello! I want to use my old iPhone (4S) without a sim card (as an iPod), but as soon as i turn it on I get the new iPhone set up and I can´t do anything without a sim card. is it possible to do something to go around this setup??

thanks!!!

Why not just leave the old (deactivated) SIM card inside? That's what I did when I handed down my old 3GS to the kids after getting a 4S.
