Disable Request for User Password when Making Changes?

I'm constantly asked for my user password on my Mac when I do things like installing apps, moving apps, changing settings. I feel that is completely unnecessary as I used the password to get into the computer in the first place. Is there any way to completely disable this as I'm always making these kind of changes to my computer? :confused:

It's there because it ants to make sure you want to make a change to the Main system of OS X. It's there to warn users about playing with system files.

Are you using an Administrator account or a Standard User account?

You -WANT- to be asked for your password when doing administrative things.

This is the primary reason why OS X is so much more resistant to infection by viruses, worms, trojans, etc.

It's an inconvenience one can get used to, when weighed against "the alternative"...
