Agreed. Some of these are the hallmarks of open-source, and are pretty obvious additions to the list (eg Firefox), and others are a bit less heard-of. Definately worth looking at.

Awesome list *bookmarked* I will definitely have to come back and download a few when I have more time. Of course, I've already discovered the wonders of Cyberduck, Adium, VLC, etc.

Very nice list. Of course now that I use iTunes exclusively for podcasts I don't know whether or not I should hang on to iPodder, err I mean Juice

Now that free software is becoming pupular among Mac users, I hope Free OpenSource Software users will join FreeSMUG (Free Software Mac User Group), the first online MUG devoted to FOSS till 1.05.2004.
Site offer also a FOSS directory, news on last releases and forums to share your experince. All can post in forums. Members can submit and publish news, tutorial, comments, review and more.
Our motto is: From XX century best computer, for XXI century best FOSS computer.

That's hardly a complete list! I mean none of my apps are on it for a start
