Error occurred while preparing installation

I tried to install osx 10.8 but I keep getting this error ...



I erased my drive and started fresh .. reset pram and nithing has worked yet ...

It happens right after the "to download and restore OS X, your computers eligibility will be verified with Apple

I made sure I was connected to the internet and I verified the drive too.

What else couod be going on with it?

Should I try a new hard drive or is it something with the connection or verifying server?
