Hi All,

Wondering if this can be done or someone can point me in the right direction

I work in a gym selling memberships, I use iCal for scheduling appts in during the day. We're a busy gym so we have appts from 10am through until 8pm.

I want to have a calendar, where i can share it with another person.

I would like this person to be able to view, add things to the appt but not delete!

Can this be done?

I've never seen anything like that. Permission to edit is an all-or-nothing thing with any of the calendars I've ever worked with.

If you could attach a document to the event...like some CRM software allows you to do...a person with permission to edit the document could do it that way.
