Texas Police Pull Over Three Women And Search Their Vaginas For Marijuana

What the actual ****?

Quote:
A pair of videos posted online show police probing the genitals and anal regions of three women they claim to suspect of possessing marijuana. In one video, a woman is seen bent over and grimacing as an off camera police officer conducts the search. Shortly before this search, a male officer explains to the woman that he is calling a female officer over “because I ain’t about to get up close and personal with your woman areas.”

The videos depict two vehicle stops, one for speeding and another for littering. In both videos, a male officer asks the women if they have any marijuana in the vehicle, suggesting that the purpose of their search is to find evidence of this drug. At one point, immediately before conducting her search of a woman’s genitals, a female officer warns the woman that if she “hid something in there, we’re going to find it.”

Meh, women in labor have their vaginas physically examined constantly before the birth of their child (albeit for dilation/effacement). Not a big deal

At the moment, I am very grateful that I do not have a vagina.

However, I do have an anus...so still nervous!

I guess the only issue I would have is if they did it off video and by an opposite sex officer. Lesson learned is don't borrow you pot head boyfriends car.

Either sew it up or clench those cheeks tight buddy!

Wonder if these videos should be the new "don't do drugs" campaign

Wait-A-MINUTE, police can do body cavity searches for someone stopped for speeding/littering, out on some stretch of highway, just because they want to?? Total unmitigated violation of human rights imo.

Is it fair to ask if Texas law enforcement is into legalized victim rape?

Under Perry, anything goes.

Sounds like Texas is making an effort to assert the state's dominion over the insides of women – as in, you know, reproductive rights. If there is no vaginal privacy on the shoulder of the highway, that leads directly to no privacy inside the uterus neither.

That's the only issue you would have???

So, penetration by police officers on the side of the road - done to multiple women without changing gloves - is OK?? As long as it's done on video and by same sex officers? Guess you wouldn't mind being fingered by a police officer as long as it was done by a guy?

Are you in denial or are you just being a contrarian?

Really, dude? I'm sure you'd feel the same way if your wife or girlfriend were finger banged on the side of the road by some cop.

Aren't you for the constitution? Don't you feverishly support the 2nd amendment?

Why ignore the 4th then?

In a just country, those officers would be fired, charged with rape and abuse of power, and thrown in jail.

An outrageous abuse of process. How on earth can they get away with pulling this kind of stunt?

The 4th doesn't lend itself to "compensating", unlike Ferraris, trophy wives, and the 2nd amendment.

Not sure what your definition of "finger banging" is but I did not see any of that going on.

So are you OK with the TSA doing this then?

Of course not. No cop should be touching someone, let alone PENETRATING them, without a very very very good reason.

That's not only abusive. It's also a sign of improper training.

In the one video the officer said her shorts were unzipped. Along with the probable cause and now the suspicion that she might of put something down her pants she was searched.

I guess you have never been to jail which is good thing because the jail in the county I live in you are subjected to the glove when you arrive. I don't see any one getting all up in arms about that. BTW this is a jail not prison. Prison you have been convicted and sentenced where as jail you haven't.

All that your cute assertions establish is that the denizens of your benighted land are far too habituated to the routine overstepping of normal boundaries by those in uniform.
