First post here!

I discovered after purchasing a movie out of iTunes that the cloud service doesn't back up my movie. Has anyone experienced this? I bought The Lord of the rings bundle pack, I was unable to re download the movie with out repurchasing, I emailed iTunes support and was informed it was not eligible for iCloud retrieval. After asking why multiple times I've given up and turned to the Internet. No where does it state the movie is not eligible. Any ideas why? Or even better how to prevent this?

Check your Purchased in iTunes. I bought the Back to the Future movies today with the bundle sale and just checked for the movies. They have a Buy Now at this price, but if I check my Purchased tab, they show up.
