Mac Mini contacts don't match my iOS contacts

My Mac Mini contacts don't match my iOS contacts. The iOS contacts which are different than the contacts on my desktop.

I just checked iCloud online to see which version of contacts it contains. iCloud is using the correct up-to-date contacts.

For some reason that's not reflected in my desktop Contacts app.

iCloud in desktop/iOS Preferences is set correctly.

Any ideas?
