Print Orientation

My print orientation in the print command is set to landscape by default. I've tried changing to Portrait then saving as a new preset but it defaults back to Landscape with all other settings saved.

How do I change it permanently to portrait? Thanks.

In what application? Normally, the document is rotated to fit the sheet, so it shouldn't matter.
