2010 MacBook 13" White. LCD resolution Upgrade?

Hi. Tried a few google searches. But to no great results. Is there any new LED backlit LCD screens with a higher resolution for the 13" MacBooks available? I found lots of results for the 15" but not the 13"

I'm talking non standard factory screens. Aftermarket upgrades are fine.
