General When the GM will come, can I use the 6.1.3 backup?

I keep on my ipad all games and I don't want to lose my progress so... can I restore to ios 7 GM and than use the backup from 6.1.3? Or there will be bugs and I will have to lose everything to install a clean GM?

Just wait until iOS 7 is released and then update as normal. Otherwise, yes, you can.
