Hi, I bought a new iPhone 5 16GB last month.
Installed my apps and emails. Works fine.
But every hour, it keeps saying, memory full, while I have 10GB Free.

I read about it and people have asked to restore it to factory Apple iOS and then restore backup, which will solve it.

So, I downloaded the iOS6.1.4 from ipsw downloader website for the phone and tried to do it.

But I get this error,
http://d.pr/i/L1xP

Why is that ?

And how to solve it ?

Did you download the correct IPSW? Or you downloaded it through iTunes?

Put your iPhone in DFU mode and try restoring that way.

I suspect you might have a GSM phone and downloaded a CDMA version of firmware or vise versa ... Like stated put it in dfu mode (google it) and restore through iTunes it will download updated and correct firmware.
