Truthfully, $180 is not a bad offer at all for a 3 year old outdated device. I would take it.

being a 3G/wifi and 64gb i would say somewhere in the $200 range is fair. at $180, i would take it.

At that price I'd keep it.
It'll always make a nice back up for travel and if it breaks or is lost/stolen you're not as concerned.

It is what I do with mine.
