Duplicating Hard Drives

I have one hard drive I'd like to copy "exactly" to another. Does anyone know of any software which let me do this? Thank you for your help.

I haven't found anything with the power of Norton Ghost for macs yet 🙁

But this is the way to clone Mac OS X:

Manually at commandline: http://www.bombich.com/mactips/image.html

Tool to make it easy: http://www.bombich.com/software/ccc.html
