Help Disabling Mouse Acceleration via Trackpad & Mouse

Can someone please explain to me how to disable "Mouse Acceleration" on Mountain Lion 10.8.4??

I have searched all over google and not found an adequate answer. I absolutely cannot stand mouse acceleration. There have to be some gamers here who have found a fix.

Thanks in advance!
