I have a self-made home screen picture for my mini 768x1024, 163 PPI. In iOS6 if fit perfectly. In iOS7 it is badly cropped. When I go to the Wallpaper settings it does let me scale it but it will only scale up, not down. I assume this has something to do with parallax "feature" and the problem is with my photo.
My question is what is the right was to format wallpaper pictures now so that you can view the entire picture?
