Way to hide Photostream from Moments?

Has anyone figured out a way to hide photostream from showing up under the Moments section of Photos?

It causes there to be duplicates of your past 1,000 photos that were uploaded if they're both locally on your phone as well as in iCloud.

Anyone?

Yeah, it bloats Moments and makes it pointless for me right now.
