Apple Network Server 700 or 500 Power Supply

Hello Everyone,
I have what appears to be a dead Power Supply with my ANS 700/150 (upgraded), is this a common thing, I don't think its the main board (unless that is what goes bad more often) please let me know what you think. Also, if any one has one has one or knows someone with one please let me know.
