Hi! I'm just curious if anyone has had any experience with similar terminology from an AT&T chat rep? After a few issues, they submitted a request for an override upgrade and I was supposed to hear from AT&T after 48 hours, which was yesterday. Upon follow-up, they say my case has a resolution date of 9/18. Anyone been denied after a created "case?"
