When I try to set an image as a wallpaper, I can't resize the image. It just stays in a zoomed view. The only way a custom wallpaper will fit is if the pixels are 640 x 1136 which is the OEM dimensions.

Any one else having this issue?

It will be zoomed in due to parallax. (If that's your problem)

I wrote a note to myself saying wallpaper for ios 7 had to be 744x1392. I do not remember where I saw those numbers quoted. Nor have I tried using that size personally.
